This new department serves as both, the coordinating agency for all transportation matters within the city government, and as the single point of contact for citizens and external agencies. ATLDOT will provide a safer, more equitable, and more sustainable transportation network throughout the city.

The Public Parking Management Program in association with ATL Plus is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and revenue collection of parking meters as well as enforcement of on-street parking throughout the City of Atlanta.
